Windows 7 Can't load Win 7

It starts to load (I can see bar at bottom moving) but in less than a minute it stops and displays error 0xc00000e9.
My take is that CD is bad. It's only been used ones and it's NOT scratch so it's difficult to believe it's the CD.

I still do not believe your DVD ( you do mean DVD, correct?) is corrupt as I was getting the exact same error as you are getting.

Do you have another computer that you'd be willing to install windows 7 on?

"Do you have another computer that you'd be willing to install windows 7 on?"

Yes...same error.

Like I said before. "My take is that CD is damaged. It's not obvious because it's looks physically perfect. I deleted the Win 7 ISO so I can't burn another CD. What I need is another copy of win 7 ISO which is not available anymore.

Can you send me a copy on Win 7 ISO...or a copy of your DVD (if it's 32 bit) ??
Thanks

Sorry, but it's 2.43 GB in size, otherwise I would.

If you're desparate, you could try the torrent sites,

No....No torrent sites for me.
Could you make a copy of your DVD and mail it to me ?? I will compensated for you time and shipping costs

Reghakr: Never mind...I got a DVD. It's loaded. Problem solved.
Thanks
