Windows 7 Can't Remove Dell Software

When I bought my computer it came with a program called Dell Data Safe which is a program to backup your files anyways I have another program to backup my files and I want to delete Dell Data Safe, but when I go into the control panel and go to programs and features and try to uninstall the program noting happened a uninstall program doesn't come up, so how can I remove this program?

This is a Microsoft trick..... Try Booting up in safe mode (Re-start your computer and keep hitting F8 key during start-up sequence. When you're in safe mode, go to the control panel. Open "Remove Programs". I think there is about 3 Data Safe programs to delete. Then re-start.

I tired what you suggested but when I did it I got this message:
