Windows 7 Cant run Safe Mode

Hi, I have this kind of problem.
- I press while PC starts F8
- choose "run with safe mode"
- safemode start loading but at point when file classpnp.sys is loading its stop loading
- after maybe 20 sec waiting windows starts but without explorer.exe, i see only black screen, cant run nothing... only task manager with ctrl+alt+del

I tryed to run explorer.exe from task manager but some error pop up (i dont remember what was writen there)

I need some advices please. (and sorry for my english)
I have W7 Ultimate

Can you run your machine normally? If need be put in your windows 7 ultimate disc and do a repair. This will rewrite all your system files.

yes, everything works fine except safe mode and i need it :/ . Ill try repair then, thanks
