Windows 10 Can't validate 8.1 reinstallation, keycode issue

PC 64bit / Windows 8.1

Problem
My validated Windows 8.1 Pro Preview hard drive failed. New drive, reinstalled Windows 8.1 Pro Preview but it wont validate. I have about 8 keycodes from various installations, but this one won't validate using any of them.
I'd like to just jump to Windows 10, but don't have a clue to resolve the keycode issue? Help Appreciated - Bob

PS Windows 10 running on my main 64 bit PC. Flawless, quick installation over 8.1, runs great!

The license keys used to activate prior Preview builds are currently blocked so it will not reactivate at this time.

If you had used that system to upgrade to 10240, try reinstalling Windows 10 cleanly to see if it will activate.
