I have downloaded windows from source other than microsoft.

The uploader may have tampered the setup and may have included a virus in setup. Tell me how to check whether the setup is exactly same as given by microsoft.

That's the problem downloading torrents! If you're going to mess with that stuff you should gain some knowledge about downloading files Google Hash Check.
