Solution
It may be related to the S Channel patch which was included in the latest set of updates. I did not see anything recent, but there were posts about it in the last couple of years.
Make sure and try a cold boot to see if that might reset something.
I don't use Chrome, so not really familiar.

I had to go to fire fox. Shockwave kept crashing and I tried 4 solutions to try and fix it. Nothing worked.
