Windows 7 Clean install from XP to Win7 x64 (already dual boot system)

I have a dual boot system with Win XP (installed first) and Windows 7 x64 (installed second).

I want to replace XP with a clean install of another Win7 x64.

Are there any concerns, issues to be aware of ?

Will multiple boot menu be still available after installation?
