Windows 10 Copied Shortcuts to Windows 10

Copied files from 7 to USB and transferred to new Windows 10 but when clicking on shortcuts files can't be found. It returns need . exe path.
Anyone have any ideas ?

Whatever the shortcut points to probably doesn't exist

I bet the file path is different on Windows 7 than on Windows 10 that's why it's not working.
