Hi

Since the update today, (a complete reinstall of Windows 10) when I ask Cortana to play my music, she says something like, "Sorry you have to add Grove as a connected service in notebook to play music".

What is she talking about?

I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to do.

Mike

If you select Cortana there should be 3 icons. The horizontal bars a home button and what looksl ike a book with a gear on it. Click on the book to show your connected services. Click "Add Service" and add Groove Music. Windows uses it for DRM checks and I think everything music related.

Hi

Thanks for the help.
I just tried to do that but when I get to the Add Service part, Groove Music isn't listed and when I type in the...

Never mind I was looking at it as I typed this and see that there is a Music category.
Inside that it Groove Music, and it is turned off.

It rejected my password, I had problems with that when Windows restarted after the update, but I went to the Microsoft page and changed my password and now it's working.

Nothing is ever easy! LOL

Thanks again for the help.
