Windows 7 CPU 100% Usage?

Solution
First off, select Show all processes...
Then Go to download.com and download malwarebytes and AVG if you don't have an anti-virus program. Download and install and update both applications and when completed, disconnect from Internet and run a full scan and clean.
You can also grab revo uninstaller and don't install pro unless you are going to buy.
Also click Start and select run and type msconfig. Select Startup tab and uncheck applications you don't want to run every time you boot up.
