Windows 7 crashes, NO bsod

I'm on my 4th recovery install.
10 - 12 crashes a day 2 days in to the new setup.
all the hardware checks out,
-memtest 86 with 12 passes
-chechdsc
-Prime95, 16 hrs w/ no temp problems etc
the use of driver verifier only produced 1 bsod
& the latest problem is when i try to install win's update ( 47 critical, 12 opt) the system freezes on the reboot at 15 % complete forcing a hard boot & the into safe mode to get a roll back.
as of now I got a pretty good paper weight & not much else:confused:
any help is greatly appreciated

is this a fresh install with no other software other than windows ?

are all your motherboard drivers up to date ?

try running with only one stick of ram in place ?

If your system will stay up for long enough type reliability history into search and open it then click any red crosses for more info and post back your findings ?

Hi and Welcome TheTrueNorth. Can you update your first post by adding a screenshot of the CPU-Z SPD tab.

Memory and SPD are the main tabs the experts will want to see.

@cybercore Driver Verifier is mentioned.

Elmer, see the .dmp in my post above: no verifier is mentioned in it. ;) Besides, the drivers in the crash dump are different from the drivers's list in the archive. ;)

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

is this a fresh install with no other software other than windows ?

are all your motherboard drivers up to date ?

try running with only one stick of ram in place ?

If your system will stay up for long enough type reliability history into search and open it then click any red crosses for more info and post back your findings ?

tested ram many times, it's fine
attaching a reliability report

Hi and Welcome TheTrueNorth. Can you update your first post by adding a screenshot of the CPU-Z SPD tab.

Memory and SPD are the main tabs the experts will want to see.

I'm not at all sure CPU-Z detects Samsung right - could you give link to a web page with the RAM specs outlined? This way you can tell for sure if your RAM is set right. If the RAM settings are wrong then you'll be getting occasional BSOD's and freezes no matter what you do.

just tried a clean boot, disabled everyting but ms
& got a blue screen with no mini dump

If I can trust your picture, watermarked 2007, the crash was caused by Realtek High Definition Audio. In this case you would want to update it. However, I don't see how Realtek Audio was supposed to crash on the clean boot?
