Create Partition Image

Hello, I am used to using Gnome Disks for Linux, that allows me to take a partition, and create an image file of that, and later I can Restore the partition image from the file to the same disk, or to a different disk. I have spent 1-2 hours on Windows research, and I cannot find any application that performs this task. I am actually surprised. I am not trying to clone a partition to another area, I want to store my partition images for later use. I prefer free software from a reputable source with good reviews. But if I must pay, I will do so. I have already tried Aeomi, EaseUS, and MiniTool, I did not find this feature in there.
