Windows 7 Creative mp3 player

i have a creative nomad 3. on windows xp the driver installs. windows 7 it fails when installing the driver.
this device did not install on my vista system either. i thought windows 7 was supposed to be able to support windows xp drivers?

I had problems with my Xen Extra until I updated the firmware on it; after that Vista sees it just fine. I installed the MMDC it away I went.
