Windows 7 Dear Microsoft, please put me in touch with administrator for my LapTop!

I bought my LapTop with my hard earned money, and I'm always logged in as administrator - but according to Microsoft I lack privileges and haven't got full administrator rights. In cases when this happens, I'm told to contact administrator... Since I'm not the boss of my own computer, could you please tell me who is?
