Windows 10 Desktop background picture

Hi all:

I have a picture on my desktop background, it shows very large so therefore I don't see the complete picture.
I have naturally tried to make all kinds of adjustments. but can't get it to do what I want it to look like ..

which is > I want the picture to fill the screen but beable to see the complete picture.

I have hunted for info on the internet and youtube but I couldn't find anything that addresses this.

can someone give me some advice

You should modify the image resolution to match the screen resolution.
There are many FREE image editors.

If the resolution is close to what your screen is you can toggle under System Settings > Personalization > Background you can toggle between Fill,Fit and Stretch to get to work. If the resolution is way off then either resize the image as livix07 suggested or find an image that matches or is close to your screen resolution.
