Windows 7 Desktop Icon Colors

I know this is probably a simple question. I knew how to do this on older Win O/S's. But how do I change the color of the text for my desktop icons?

I think you need to be using a Basic or Ease of Access theme in order to do that.

Right click the desktop.
Click: Personalize.
Select either Windows 7 Basic or one of the High Contrast themes.
Click: Window color.
Click: Advanced appearance settings.

I don't think you can do that with an Aero theme. I might be wrong but I couldn't find a way.
