Windows 7 Disc error press any key to restart

Ok so I get back on my PC (windows 7) and it's starting up. Then suddenly a block screen with letters saying disc error press any key to restart I pressed a key and the same thing showed up again...

Solution
It is basically asking you to select another boot device. Have you checked the bios to make sure the correct drive is set as the primary boot device?

Otherwise, remove any external drives or flash drives and media in the DVD drive.

Do you think your hard drive might be old enough to be having problems?

To mitigate future issues, remove the flash drive as a boot option in BIOS settings.
