Dll Register Server Failure

I'm having trouble registering some .dll and .ocx files. I've saved the message errors for each of them and attached the printed screens, in order to observe the issue and to give me a solution, if possible. Thank you in advance for all of you who will respond.

Does those dlls support Dll registration ? Not all the Dll supporting REGSVR registration.

I didn't know this, I'm a rookie. At the time I had problems with Yahoo Messenger's displayed sent and received text, now also solved. But you can help me by telling a method for verifying the integrity of my Windows Script files. I'm an Windows 7 user and I haven't found Windows Script Package for this OS till now. I have a felling that the rootkit virus ****ed up a lot of those files and also the registry of many others. Thank you very much for your answer.
