DNS Records are not replicating Primary Domain Controller to Additional Domain Controller

Hi Everyone,

There are no DNS records listed in the ADC server. we checked using repadmin command all sync works fine and also we tried replication also works. Still no records are replicated to ADC server.
We check DNS port open.
In PDC server has all DNS records. I hope your understanding.

Looks fine. It may be simpler to just dcpromo and demote that DC and re-add it.
