Hi,
Each time a new Flash Drive is inserted in the USB port its driver is installed automatically, even if exactly the same Flash Drive was inserted before. So, in a few years quite a lot of those drivers must have been installed in my Windows. Do all those drivers occupy space in RAM or do they affect computer's performance in any way? if yes, is there a way to uninstall them?
Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Those are temporary drivers.....when the device is safely removed so is the driver. This is normal. No, they don't effect you system performance in a negative way....only side effect is the transfer speed and that is based on the usb thumb drive and usb port version...eg 2.0/3.0....other than that you're good to go.
