just wondering if it normal for the documents folder to be inside the pictures folder.
using windows 8.1 and can i change the location of the folder? just asking.
No...it's not normal, they should be separate. Some one has moved it. You can try dragging it out and dropping on the desktop and then move it to where is should be in file explorer.
