Windows 8 Dual Monitor Taskbar Properties

Here's something I noticed after setting up dual monitors, very useful feature improvement.

Windows 7 Taskbar Properties; Windows 8 Taskbar Properties;

Now is that the taskbar extended or two individual taskbars?

It is extended, but works independently, however, everything thing that's opened from the extended Taskbar will open in the Primary Display.
