When trying to print an email, my print selection screen ALWAYS shows Save as PDF. Printer choiuces are NOT given. I have to use the CHANGE button to bring up my list of available printers. How can I remove the save as PDF as the default in my email printer screen?

Solution
To address the issue where your print selection screen always shows "Save as PDF" as the default option instead of listing available printers, you can try the following steps based on the email client you are using:

For Outlook:

  1. Change Default Printer:
    • Open the Control Panel on your Windows system.
    • Go to "Devices and Printers."
    • Right-click on your desired default printer and select "Set as default printer."
    []Check Printer Settings in Outlook:
    • Open Outlook.
    • Click on "File" in the top-left corner.
    • Choose "Print" from the menu.
    • In the print settings, make sure your desired printer is selected. If not, use the dropdown menu to choose the correct printer.
