Please Help

I must be missing something. Recently, for some reason, I can not open any video attachments to my email. I am also having trouble with printing and saving "Word" attachments. Has my email changed?

The video freezes after a short time.

I have uninstalled and installed Adobe Flash many times but it still does not make a difference.

I am using Internet explorer (32 bits) .

Appreciate any help or get me back to the old system.
