Windows 7 Environmental variables HELP!!!

I know I ares retard I was setting up the Java jdk and I accidentally deleted the path variable and I want to know if there is a way to reset it??? I have tried tons of other sources but I couldn't find anything that would help. Please this forum is my last hope and it hasn't failed me with past problems... Thank you and please help

Not sure if env variables are restored but did you try going back to the last restore point?

I had the problem on friday so idk if i can just create a new one but it probably has to be a specific number
