In the past seven days, I've had 288 errors saying

"Performance power management features on processor x in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware."

These errors are causing several games to crash and cause a hard reboot to get the system up and running again. There are no other unfixed errors so it's either this problem or a video card issue. What does this error mean and how can I fix it.

I've cleaned the registry, done chkdsk, defragged, run the start up with W7 and AV only, and I'm out of ideas.

Please Help
ps: VelocityMicro Edge upgraded system that's one year old.
