Hi,
this bugcheck is usually driver related and the driver named as probable cause relates to your Killer Bandwidth Control Filter Driver. I see it's dated September 2015 and as i also use this driver know it's been updated as recently as December 14th. Please install the latest driver but when doing so please disable your AV app.
Link Removed

If the bsod continues after using the above driver try using the driver on the motherboard support page:
ASRock > Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4

AsrAppCharger.sys Tue May 10 09:28:46 2011: ASRock App Charger driver, has been known to cause bsod's, consider removing if bsod continues or at least updating using the above link.

Post any new dump files.
