Windows 10 External drives won't display their labels properly in file explorer.

All of my external drives won't display their labels properly in file explorer while it shows properly in disk manager. Attached file says everything.

Right click on the drive in explorer and change the name to whatever you would like.

Before i post my issue, i already tried it many times, but no luck.

Does it not allow you to change or not keep the change after you change the name?

I can change it, but nothing is changed.

Maybe someone can point you to a location in the registry to do this. Beyond my scope. Sorry for the long delay in responding I was on vacation.

Take ownership of the drives and then try to rename them in expolorer.
