I am trying to extract the files from Sysinternals Suite to my command directory in the System 32 file. However, WinRAR keeps giving me the diagnostic message "Cannot create blah.exe Access is denied". And I am running as the administrator. Is there any work around to this? Thanks for any advice/help in advance.

I put mine in the Program Files (x86) folder, however, I did add those to the path. Right now I am just running them from the Download folder.

But you can extract them anywhere, then move them.

Some of those utilities do not like Windows 7...

Make sure you "unblock" the zip folder in its properties before you extract it. Some of the utilities need to be able to access the mothership.

are you executing the extraction by right clicking and "run as admin"?

Can you elaborate more on this? Seeing as how they were acquired in 2006 I would imagine so. But then I would expect the creators to fix these problems as well.
