My sister's laptop has been giving blue screen errors for the past month. Most of them are SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I am not sure what is causing it, but I have the dump files for you to look at.

Please help me fix this.

Hi,
after looking through your dump files it's possible that the issue is network related. The text with quotes around it in the above dump file relates to a wi fi driver.
I noticed Chrome was crashing a lot too.

Try updating drivers.

Visit the laptops manufacturers support page for the latest driver version. Please don't use a third party app.
If you can't find the support page post make and model of laptop and we'll find it for you.

If Chrome is running with any plug ins or extensions then remove them and see if things improve:
Install and manage extensions - Chrome Web Store Help

Can I use Windows Update to update the drivers?

Solution
As Rich says your far better off going to the source. Like i posted, if you say which make and model and we'll find em for you no worries.

She updated the driver for her drawing tablet. The computer has not crashed since then. I will update this if it crashes again.
