Windows 8 FlashUtil unistall issue

Running windows 8 64 bit. Completely updated. Not quite sure what is going on but I have a massive 128GB file named FlashUtilOActmveX*dll that I cannot delete. Not even sure what it is but when I got to delete I get some weird error messages. Any help on what this is and how to get rid of it would be appreciated. Also, not sure if I have a bigger system issue going on but everything else seems to be running fine. Screen shots attached.

Thats definitely odd as it should only be 620KB. You could use Download Free File Unlocker - MajorGeeks to remove the file.
