I am taking a class.

Everything the instructor posts is a Google document or -video.

Unfortunately, YouTube is not available for Windows 10.

What are my options?

YouTube is a website and works on any modern browser.

The videos won't play on my laptop. It requires an app download.

It shouldn't, YouTube is html5

Well that's drive and not YouTube

I usually play such videos with YouTube. That option simply doesn't exist.

The VLC media player will play everything.

Unfortunately, this option, like YouTube, is simply not available.

I guess I have to wait until my instructor’s team responds tomorrow. :(

I would say just download the videos and watch them locally

Unfortunately, too big.

Well there's no download size limit

Download VLC, maybe it becomes the 'Suggested Third Party App', you may enter any URL thru > Media Network / Ctrl+N
