Windows 7 Graphics Card Install

Alas, I think i managed to update my motherboards bios with all the latest utilities etc...

im now tryin to find my graphics card (built comp yesterday, just turned on)
the disc i put in, if i run it it just loads up the gigabyte chick, then stays there.... and going by the manual its meant to load up an install screen.. from what i can research i dont think they have made new updates for compatability for windows 7 (32 or 64) but i hope im wrong

its gigabyte ati radeon hd4890.. 'GV-r489-1GH-B' i guess im wondering if anyone has similar card and has found a way to get it identified/installed properly...?
