Windows 8 Heeelp! Your computer ran into a problem!!

Hello,
Today when I turned on my laptop before it starts I get a blue screen says:
Your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart. Collecting information.

What is this problem for?
My laptop is TOSHIBA i3 C660-1M0

Those screens usually include a second sentence in the "ran into problems" screen. Usually something like DPC (Deferred Procedural Call) Watchdog Violation and are commonly associated with a bad driver and or an unsupported power saving state (sleep, hybrid sleep, hibernate, etc.,)
First make sure that you have the most current drivers from you computer manufacturer and or individual device manufacturer's website. Then consider if that computer manufacturer includes any proprietary energy saving software that may either be incompatible with Windows 8 CP or is in someway conflicting with the Windows 8 CP power scheme options. You may need to experiment a bit, maybe remove the proprietary power tools or sample setting your scheme to high performance or even individual options to off or max.
The Consumer Preview is more or less a new frontier for everyone here so working through these types of issues is going to be informative and beneficial to everyone reading your thread, so please keep us posted as to how you are progressing with your current issue.
Regards
Randy

I wouldn't think so, but those are the types of things you will need to work through. As I recall that particular software does install a system driver but I don't remember it causing any problems with Windows 7, so I probably wouldn't start there.
When you install a new OS, especially one like Windows 8 consumer preview, where there is no real driver support from hardware vendors yet, you will likely have to rely on the Windows 7 drivers, but you will need to make sure that they are installed within the new OS and are the most current available. That's assuming that it is a driver causing the issue and not hybrid sleep or some other energy saving problem.
Fill out your system specs in your forum profile with some details in case anyone else with a similar system is having the same issue. Also if you can identify when the problem occurs and what you may be doing at the time. Cold boot, reboot, surfing the web, sitting idle, etc.,

What do you mean by system specs?
I wasn't doing anything...

I was only surfing the website: gamefaqs
That was yesterday and then I shut the laptop normally and slept then the second day I pressed the Power Button to turn my laptop on.
And after the blue fish screen went away I got this "Your computer ran into a problem" message.
The Windows didn't even start..

I discovered the error message, it says:-
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
And here is a screenshot of it:
Error.jpg

I will put the dmp file here so anyone could see it and explore the problem...
Please help me, the Blue screen shows up every time I shut down the laptop and turn it on again.

Interstingly, your first assumption may very well be correct.

An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an

You may want to start by uninstalling that ASUS utility you discussed above.
However if you are not able to boot into the OS and you haven't configured your system yet to safemode boot you may need to resort to some repair options either a refresh or a reset. Be aware either or both have consequences to installed programs and or data. Google Windows 8 Repair

Indeed, I uninstalled ASUS Ai Charger and then restarted the laptop and then I turned it off then on again and no blue screen anymore
I also created System Restore.

So what now?
I shouldn't install ASUS Ai Charger if I don't want this Blue Screen at every turning on the laptop?

That sounds like a reasonable plan for now.
You may want to check with your motherboard manufacturer (Asus) and see if they have a more recent updated version of that particular utility. I have also found that sometimes the vendor specific hardware support forum (ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Forum-) is often a good place to ask a question or find other people with similar hardware and the same problem. There maybe a fix in the works or a workaround solution that is being discussed there.

Yes, it was that tool causing this Blue screen...
Oh so what should I do now?
I urgently need it!!
It enables me to charge the iPad while it's connected to PC using the USB cable.
Do you know another utility works the same as ASUS Ai Charger?
