so the other day, i got to messing around....

i tried in vain to sort my music folder by bitrate so i could convert some things.
finally gave up as it's too stupid and sorted all my music in WMP by bitrate and did it from there.

but now it's all kinds of messed up!

1. there's a "bitrate" column that i can't get rid of (doesn't work anyway). under "view..." it's grayed out now. =/

2. it's including my Documents and Pictures folders.
therefore, finding anything is near-impossible!

i don't remember exactly what i did.
is there a way to just revert back to defaults?

Solution
Never have messed up so I don't know exactly what it does.
Make a restore point and play with it....

Open Windows Exporer and on the left hand side you can right click Music, Properties.. there is a 'Default' button.
The Library folder... just right click it,, its context menu shows 'Restore Default Libraries'

it's better, in my opinion, than wmp or winamp even, i recommend it - i use audiograbber for ripping, cdburnerxp for cds
