Hello, congratulation for this forum!Really a great place!

I need your help!

I got mz new Packard Bell Laptop Easynote 94 with Win 7 64 bit Home Premium Edition.

The first time i lanched the Win7 i got the blue screen error, so i tried to lanch the Recovery Managment and start a new installtaino. The full process was working good, at the end of the installtion of the application (22/22) on the screen i have seen some black points, firslty i was tihking it was a problem of broken pixel, but i was wront, i was able to delete these point with the mouse cursor.....

After the restart i was able to login in the pc and i got serveral error like the 0x0000001a e 0x00000050....

So i was restarting the system and i got a nice surprise, my administrator account was disable... so no way to login in the system...

the once possibility was to start the SAFE MODE and enter there the administrator account without any issue

Here i have copied for you the BlueScreen Report:

I really pray you to help me!!!!regards!

PS:After 22 hours RAM TEST, no error.

From the text you attached it looks like some memory or perhaps motherboard issue, which very often comes down to wrong bios settings.

Give us some more information about your crashes:

1. Crash dumps (.dmp files)
2. Passmark RAMMon HTML.zip
3. Screenshot of cpu-z MEMORY tab
4. Screenshot of cpu-z CPU tab

Dear Cybercore, thank you very much for the quick answer.

In attachment the dump files.

About the point 2. Passmark RAMMon HTML.zip, i tried to install the software and after the lanch i got this error: DIRECTIO.sys load error.

About the screenshot of the point 3 and 4, what do you need exactly?

By the way i was looking into the BIOS, but is very funny, i have a ATI 4250, it should have 512 mb memory... but in the BIOS i can change the mb but only 64mb 128mb 256 mb... no way to select the 512 mb...
maybe can this info help you?

Regards,
!!!

Do it in normal mode, not in safe. Run as admin.

Do it in normal mode said:
Dear Friend,

Thank you for the help!

Im sorry but im not able to enter the normal access to the admin panel, unfortunately the system (i really dont know why) has disable my administrator account....
so the once way to get the system is throught the SAFE MODE :-/

Yes, it's hardware, RAM (faulty, misconfigured, or overclocked) is the culprit of your crashes:

1. Follow my previos post, to tell you more I need cpu-z and rammon.

2. Old drivers should be updated:

Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs)

NTI CD &DVD-Maker or NTI Backup NOW! or NTI CD-Maker by NewTech Infosystems (usually in Acer Empowering Technology)

Dear friends, thank you for the support and patience!!

Here the attachment 3. and 4.

Regards,
Steven

Dear Steven,

I understand you have problems accessing the system in normal mode, but to be able to tell you why your hardware is causing blue screens and how to fix it, I really need this information - come hell or high water:

3. Screenshot of cpu-z MEMORY tab
4. Screenshot of cpu-z CPU tab

If you would kindly try a few more times, you might succeed. Load bios defaults if no luck.

Dear Friend, Thank you very much for the answer!

Im uploading for you these files:

3. Screenshot of cpu-z MEMORY tab
4. Screenshot of cpu-z CPU tab

Regards,
StevenCPUZMEMORY.pngCPUZ.png

Dear Steven,

the screenshots you have uploaded twice were taken in safe mode and unfortunately show nothing as they are blank.

If now or later you could collect this information in normal mode, it would be very helpful troubleshooting your memory management error.

2. Passmark RAMMon HTML.zip
3. Screenshot of cpu-z MEMORY tab
4. Screenshot of cpu-z CPU tab

Load bios defaults.

Other general recommendations:

- no overclocking
- ram must be set as recommended by the ram maker
- the memory sticks must be matching = identical from the same kit

Thank you very much!

I got the access to the administrator and now im able to provide you the information you were asking me.

Well done.

The 2 Nanya sticks you got NT2GC64B8HC0NS-CG are rated 1333Mhz 9-9-9-24 1.5v.
But your RAM is currently set 1066Mhz 7-7-7-20.

So set memory this way:

DRAM frequency 1333
Timing 9-9-9-24
Voltage 1.5

Bios setup defaults will auto set the memory right.

When done, feel free to re-attach the new screenshot of cpuz MEMORY tab, so I can see if the new settings are correct.

Dear Cybercore, thank you for the answer!

How to setup the frequency from the Windows 7 Admin Front page?

THX!!!!!

Do you have any suggestion for me?

Dear Steven, every bios is unique. You need to take the effort to figure out how to set the memory right.

Best regards.
