Hi I just installed Windows 7.

Now I encountered one problem...

Before installing, I made back up of all files and that included My documents. I just drag it to the 'Back up" folder and the copy was made.

After the install, I organzied everything that includes moving my documents to the document section. Now here is the problem....

For example, I started a game and the game won't open the old save - instead it created new save in documents in 'backup' folder.

This is what I did to solve the problem.

Document - mouse right click - properties - remove other documents - setting save location to my document to default

And the game was still creating the new save in the document in the 'backup' folder.

This is very bad to me... Can anyone tell me how I can set my default document please?

It seems like the issue you're facing is related to the default location for saving files in your documents folder. Let's work on setting the default document folder location in Windows 7 to resolve this problem. Here's how you can set the default save location for your documents in Windows 7: 1. Changing the Default Save Location: - Open "Windows Explorer" or any folder window. - Right-click on the "Documents" library in the left pane and select "Properties." - Click on the "Include a folder" button, then navigate to the folder you want to set as the default save location. - After selecting the folder, click on "Set save location" and then "OK." 2. Setting Default Save Location in Programs: - For programs like your game...

Setting Default Save Location in Programs: - For programs like your game that still save to the old location, you may need to change their settings individually. - Check the settings within each program to see if there is an option to change the default save location for files. By following these steps, you should be able to set your default document folder location in Windows 7. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
