Hello and welcome.

Your memory is either set unwell in the bios or it is defective. Likely defective.

Please post a screen shot of CPU-Z spd tab and also the memory tab.

We can see the bios settings this way.

How guys ive never taken a screen shot before and also have never needed to get to my CPU-Z spd or Memory spd outside of the BIOS. If you could please give me the path to these settings tab and and tell me how to screen shot it. Thanks... i am using Windows 7 Pro

Go into the bios and change that 1T for the command rate to a 2T.

If crashes persist, test the memory overnight 8-10 passes with Memtest86+.

If any errors are shown, replace the RAM in the machine.

You're welcome.

Ok thank you very much for the help...ill elt you know in a few days what the results are!!! Also what type of RAM do u recommend for a Gaming Rig? i currently have GSkill Ripjaws 1600.. i wanna upgrade to 8GB though and cant decide to stick with Gskill or go with something else
