Windows 7 Hotmail in Office Outlook

FYI:

To put Hotmail acc'ts in Outlook 2013 Microsoft Exchange is used.

To put Hotmail acc'ts in Outlook 2010 Outlook Connector is used.

Hi anyone know why i have a problem syncing outlook 2010 to exchange? it says "cannot find address in list" ive checked online for about a week now and everything ive gone thru doesnt show the problem. my clients now cannot setup their outlook and send/receive mails.
