Windows 7 How do I access my movies from anywhere like the commersial?

Hello everybody, I keep seeing this Windows 7 commercial where the guy is in school in a different country and the main reason for this commercial, is that he was able to access his movies from home and watch them. Here's a link for the commercial:

Anyways how can I watch my movies when I'm away from home using a different computer like the commercial?
