Windows 10 how do i make my own memory working?

so i download a beamng new update and the memory is already too full, so i made a new memory called Esental (M) but it does nothing. so how do i solve that?

I think you should run the builtin feature: Disccleanup as told here: Disk cleanup in Windows

Run it and select to use the: Clean up system files option

This should free alot of "memory"..
