Well, I have Windows XP on HP Pavillion a1102n.

My CPU Speed is 2.93GHz which is good. and 512MB of Ram..

I already know how to upgrade the ram and it is very easy..

But the windows 7 update advisor says my computer cant handle windows aero and whatnot..

How do i fix this problem?? Do i get new software, or Hardware?? and how would I install a new graphics card anyway??

I've had XP for like 6 years now and I want Windows 7..

I think I have the Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Graphics card..

How do I upgrade that?? Thanks

If the computer is 6 years old I'd replace it instead of pouring money into it trying to upgrade it. You should probably have 4 gigs of ram and most likely a new video card. Then you run into the problems with old hardware and will the drivers firmware etc be updated for Windows 7? Just my opinion

There is no graphics port on your motherboard, so your kinda stuck with what you have. You could add a pci graphics card, but they are slow, and in my opinion not worth the money.
