I installed a SSD drive (40 gb) to run my operating system (Windows 7 Home Premium) on. I used Paragon Migration software to copy the OS from my C drive (1 tb) to the SSD drive.

I use the SSD as my boot drive so when I boot up basically all I have is an OS that is not able to launch any of the mass number of Programs (applications) on the 1 tb HDD.

How can I create shortcuts or use some other method to launch the applications from my booted up SSD?

Thank you most kindly in advance, Rob

To access and launch applications located on your 1TB HDD after migrating your operating system to the SSD, you can follow these steps to create shortcuts: 1. Create Desktop Shortcuts: - Locate the applications you want to create shortcuts for on your HDD. - Right-click on the application executable (.exe) file. - Select "Send to" and then choose "Desktop (create shortcut)" to create a shortcut on your desktop. 2. Create Start Menu Shortcuts: - Open the Start Menu. - Navigate to the folder where the application executable is located on your 1TB HDD. - Right-click on the executable and select "Pin to Start." This will create a shortcut in your Start Menu. 3. Create Taskbar Shortcuts: - Right-click on the application's...

Create Taskbar Shortcuts: - Right-click on the application's shortcut (from the desktop or Start Menu). - Choose "Pin to Taskbar" to create a quick launch shortcut on your taskbar. 4. Using the Windows Search: - You can also use the Windows search function to quickly locate and launch applications. Press the Windows key and start typing the name of the application. By creating shortcuts as described above, you will be able to launch applications stored on your 1TB HDD easily, even though your operating system is running from the SSD. This method allows you to access your applications without having to manually navigate to their installation locations each time.
