Windows 8 How to Customize 3D Text Screensaver at School Despite Restrictions

The "Personalise" option is blocked at my school on their computers, therefore I cannot customise them. I have seen people do it, but i don't know how. I want to customise the 3d text screensaver (using shortcuts, or something).

The computers belong to your school and if they have chosen not to allow screensavers to be installed by users then you are required to observe and respect that decision. You will not receive any assistance enabling you to do so from these forums. Any help posted will be removed.
