We do. I'd tie networking to updates. Disable it and your ability to harm others is curtailed.

Disabling updates is an incredibly bad idea especially if your unsure on what your doing.

No one on the planet should recommend doing this. You have literally posted the worst tutorial of all time. I could see if you were going to switch to WSUS, but this doesn't even address this. We will keep it on the website as a great example of what never to do or post by any human ever again. Thank you.
