In Windows 7 I have already paired my A2DP bluetooth headset and it's shown under bluetooth devices.
I use the same headset with my mobile phone. The problem is in windows there's no way of reconnecting to a already paired bluetooth headset. It seems everytime I want to use the headset I have to put the headset into pairing mode and remove the existing headset from windows bluetooth devices and re pair it again. I use the same headset in Fedora linux there it's just a matter of rightclicking the device and selecting connect.
On the other hand if I want to disconnect from the headset when i'm connected (suppose I want to use it with my phone) there's no way except turning off bluetooth completely.
I think connecting and disconnecting from bluetooth devices is an obvious function to have with Windows 7.
I use the bluetooth stack provided with Windows 7.
