Hello
This is not life or death but is a bit confusing. I just noticed that when I sent emails with Outlook.com the picture I see as I sign in was attached. I like my daughter's family picture when I sign in but do not want on the emails I send. Is there a way to separate them or is everything synched?
Thank you
Peter

Hello Peter, It's understandable to want to keep your personal picture separate from the emails you send. In Outlook.com, the profile picture that appears when you sign in is often linked to your Microsoft account and can be synchronized across various Microsoft services, including Outlook.com. Check Email Settings: - While composing an email in Outlook.com, check if your profile picture is being automatically added to the emails you send. - Look for any settings related to including profile pictures in emails. - Disable any options that automatically add your profile picture to outgoing emails. By adjusting your profile picture settings and email settings in Outlook.com, you should be able to separate your profile picture from the emails you send while still enjoying your desired picture when signing in. Feel free to try these steps, and if you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, let me know!
