I want to skip logon after standby in Windows 10 so that I can make automatic backups. One way should be to go to Power Settings and change the settings for logon, but in my computer there is no possibility for changing these settings perhaps because I do not have a Microsoft account and do not want one. Another way should be to go into the Registry and change the settings of DelayLockinterval, but I do no have a DelayLockinterval in my computer. How can I stop Windows from asking me to click a key to start efter standby?

If you want it to do backups, then you will need to disable sleep. It can't do backups if it's asleep. Then add a scheduled task to run as system and "Run whether a user is logged in or not". That way it will run on whatever schedule you set it up for.
