Windows 7 How to stop Msoft update reticking the box on an update I don't want

Windows 7. When I check for Microsoft updates it keep offering one I do not want. I untick the box and click OK, but next time there it is ticked again. I can't seem to find anything on the page that says 'do not remind me about this one again', as I 'think' it said on my old XP laptop.

Un-check (tick) the update you don't want (you have), right click the same and select "Hide Update".

If you later change your mind, in Control Panel > Windows Update window, in the left hand panel select "Restore hidden updates" to see a list of, well, updates you've hidden.
