Hi guys,

I just recently installed windows 7 64-bit.
I have HP deskjet 710c connected to my computer thru a USB cable. (Parallel to USB Cable Conversion)

My issue is not a DRIVER ISSUE (i think), because it was installed successfuly from Windows 7 and the DEVICE STATUS says: "This device is working properly".

my problem:
01 WHen i send Test Page, -- my printer is not responding. (NO error message) It's literally not responding.

What i did:
01 Uninstall driver; reinstall driver
02 shutdown, restart PC
03 disconnect cable, shutdown, restart PC repeated STEP 1.

Please help, my mom is going to kick my a**

Thanks,

Restart Print Spooler Service: - Press Windows key + R, type "services.msc", and press Enter. - Locate "Print Spooler" in the list, right-click on it, and select "Restart". 4. Check Print Queue: - Open the print queue by double-clicking on the printer icon in the taskbar. - Cancel or delete any pending print jobs. 5. Test Printer on Another Computer: - If possible, try connecting the printer to another computer to see if it prints successfully. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer or the computer. 6. Update Drivers: - Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for the HP Deskjet 710c compatible with Windows 7 64-bit. 7.
